At Harmony kindergarten Preschool, we aim to develop each child into a well-balanced individual through engaging environment that support children’s curiosity and wonder; that engage children and that offer them a wide range of materials to work in purposefully designed learning area.
Through enriching activities and structured play, we develop early skills in the initiative to participate, think, explore, exchange , critical thinking, problem solving, and overcome inferiority.

Our vision is to provide a strong start for every child and we seek to do so through providing quality pre-school education that is affordable to Malaysians and catalysing quality improvements in the sector.
We nurture children holistically, so that they are confident, have strong social skills and a good foundation in literacy and numeracy.

Harmony Kindergarten aims to create a haven where students feel safe to tackle their fears and accomplish all of their goals. We offer a variety of services designed to help students be the best version of themselves, while having a fun along the way.

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2012, Harmony Preschool is an early childhood development centre designed to provide quality preschool education and childcare services to children ages of 3 to 6 years old. It currently has 2 centers located in Simpang,Taiping. Having now operated for over 5 years, the kindergarten is going from strength to strength. We have a healthy waiting list of families who would love to have their children nurtured in our kindergarten.
Harmony Preschool integrates Montessori and Thematic approaches as its teaching approaches in addition to national curriculum.
* Thematic approaches- Whereby many areas of the curriculum are connected together and integrated within a theme, the sources are not limited to textbooks. The benefits of thematic approach are children will have fun, they will be more active participation logic thinking and problem solving skills, observation, critical reasoning and analysis.
* Montessori approach- is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process. Children work in groups and individually to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop their maximum potential.
Long term of learning outcomes ensure children develop to become active communicators, inquirers and researchers, creative and critical thinkers
(和谐幼儿园成立于2012年,是一个幼儿发展中心,在为3至6岁的儿童提供高质量的学前教育和托儿服务。目前有2个中心位于太平新板。至今已经经营5年多了,目前幼儿园也正在不断壮大。我们拥有一个健康的管道,希望能够在幼儿园里栽培更多的孩子。
除了国家的课程之外,我们还将外国开放式教学法和主题教学法作为贵园的教学方法。
*主题教学方法 - 课程的许多领域是连接在一起并融合在一个主题中,来源不限于教科书。主题方法的好处是孩子会有乐趣,他们会更积极地参与逻辑思维和解决问题的技巧,观察,批判性推理和分析。
*外国开放式教学方法 - 是一种基于自主活动,自己动手学习的教育方法之一。在开放式的教室里,孩子们在学习中做出了创造性的选择,而教室和老师则提供适合年龄的活动来指导这个过程。孩子们的分组工作,发现和探索世界的知识来发挥最大的潜力。
长期的学习成果会使儿童成为积极的交流者,探究者和研究者,创造性和批判性的思想家)
